Osteopathy is a science that uses gentle, hands on manipulation to help guide the bodies self-healing and self-regulating process so that your joints, muscles, organs and other tissues have a better chance to function optimally. Osteopathy is thorough in its approach to assessment and treatment so as to obtain information regarding the mechanical and physiological relationships present within the entire body.

Jenny Hidber

Jenny is the owner and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, M.OMSc (Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences) at InStill Osteopathy.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and completed a four-year diploma at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She is a proud member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN) and brings a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and manual therapy to her clinical practice. Her education allows her to take a comprehensive, principles based approach to understanding the body and its interconnected systems.

Jenny is passionate about helping patients move better, have more energy, and return to the activities they enjoy. She believes in collaborative care and takes the time to listen, educate, and tailor each treatment to the individual’s goals and needs. Her approach is both professional and compassionate, creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered in their healing journey.
